Caricatures 3: Revenge of the Caricatures

Here we go again!

Next update will have paintings in it, I swear. There are just too many things that I need to work on! Only one month left of vacation... Will I finally get around to actually animating something?! I sure hope so.

Anyway.

Starting off with the two more terrifying ones! Toothy smiles still elude me. I'm defining each tooth too much.
This one is a little better. Anne Hathaway has the most fascinatingly huge mouth.
I tried one of myself, on my lunch break at work.
Another one, right after the first.
And the last one! Hahaha I love this, for some reason.
Back to the hair style magazine!
More models.
Sophia Loren. I like this one, actually, because I made the face shape so bizarre.

Caricatures: the return

I now have a list of actors/models/musicians with unusual faces, courtesy of a friend of mine, and my mom. Hopefully this list will grow, but I have lots to choose from in the meantime. I'm finding that it's much, much, easier to get away from realistic portrayals with these faces. (but I'm still not going too well with cartoony...)

Here's a few of the latest:

Not a very good one, but MAN this guy has proportions that will be fun to play with! Brian Linehan! Look him up!
Some kid. Fat cheeks are fun times.
 Ashley Tisdale
Some lady from my mom's knitting magazine.
More models. So much cheekbone.
Bluhhhh
Tried an actress again, and I'm not very happy with it. Gwynneth Paltrow.
Joni Mitchell. Another great face to draw!
Alfred Hitchcock. I want to try this one again, I know I can push those shapes more than this!
Johnny Cash. Doesn't look exhausted enough. I need to emphasize those dark circles more...
Lucille Ball and Margaret Atwood. Miss Atwood is my new favourite person to draw omggggg
John Diefenbaker. What a face.
